Cranbrook Primary School is one of the newest schools to introduce the Breakfast Club Program to their students.

Cranbrook Primary School is one of the newest schools to introduce the Breakfast Club Program to their students.

Chaplain Leanne Gibson started the initiative at the school and called out to the local school community for appliances that could be used to make breakfast meals.

Two toastie makers were donated by Mrs Mary Gillam who gladly came forward to support the latest initiative.

Leanne would also like to thank Harvey Norman Albany for continuing to support country schools with their generous contributions.

Breakfast Clubs serve morning meals to students to make sure they have the nutrients and energy they need for growth, development and concentration at school.

With the help of volunteers, chaplains and community donations Breakfast Clubs across the state served over 286,000 meals last year!

Breakfast Clubs serve as a safe and friendly environment for students to start their day feeling welcome and fed.
