Laughter, Encouragement and Chaplaincy Support

The Greenbushes Belles hosted a quiz night on Saturday to fundraise for YouthCARE chaplaincy in their schools.

On Saturday evening the Greenbushes Belles, also known as the Greenbushes CWA, hosted a quiz night to fundraise for chaplaincy in the Greenbushes and Bridgetown schools.

More than 100 people attended the evening and participated in the quiz.

A teacher at Bridgetown Primary, Chris Mott, MC'd the evening with great enthusiasm. He interviewed Mary Taylor, Lynley Horlock and Yuko Tonai Moore who are all chaplains in the local schools.

The chaplains talked with Chris about their work and how local families will be supported through the fundraising.

Bridgetown Primary School's Principal, Judith Dadson and Greenbushes Primary School's Principal Kylie Loney were among the quiz night attendees.

Over $1000 was raised through the auction alone with more raised through event ticket sales. All funds raised will go towards supporting chaplaincy in Greenbushes Primary, Bridgetown Primary and Bridgetown High School.
